This site allows centres in England to print replacement labels for delivery of FSOD scripts to Hellaby Pearson Processing Centre(s). Only use this site if you do NOT already have a yellow label. Once you have your label – or if you already have a pre-printed yellow label – and you do not have a collection scheduled, you can book it here.

ENTER THE UNIT CODE AS STATED ON THE FRONT OF YOUR SCRIPT – e.g., PMAT1/C15 or PMAT1C15. PLEASE ALSO ENTER YOUR CENTRE NUMBER IN THE SENDERS REFERENCE BOX WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.
The PDF label should be printed on bright yellow paper where possible and securely attached to the parcel.
